Description[?]:

Paragraph 1: The official opposition shall be called: "אופוזיציה רשמית" or "Official opposition of the Yeudish Republic of Beiteynu".
1.1 The official opposition is formed by the biggest party (in terms of seats) not in government.
1.2 The leader of the opposition is the parlamentarian leader or party leader of the party.
1.3 The leader of the opposition shall be given 73% the salary of the head of government.
1.4 The leader of the oppositon has to be a A citizen and a male.

Paragraph 2: The duties and rights of the opposition are the following:

1.) It is the duty and the right of the oppositon to challenge and control the government by questions and suggestions.
1.1) The opposition has the right to invite ministers and the head of gov. and head of state itself before parliament in order to pose questions to them with a support of 30% of MP's.
1.2) The opposition can call in a committee in order to investigate government businesses. In such commitees the opposition can invite guests and witnesses as well as officals. However those commitees are seated by seat strgenth in parliament.
1.3) Again , for the opening of commitees a statement of support by at least 30% of the MP's has to be made.
1.4 On a regular basis the opposition can also ask the government to deliver a statement.
1.5 This is a constitutional amendment and can only be changed/abolished/passed with a 2/3-majority.
