I purpose that we make the ability of appealing against a judgement not possible, appealing against a judgement means that people that have already been found guilty are wasting valuable government time. |

Old value:: Judgements may only be appealed against for grave procedural errors.
Current: Every person has the right to appeal against a judgement and to have it reviewed by a higher court.
Proposed: All judgements are final and binding; appealing against them is not possible.

Message | No, because if a judge messed u in his proceedings, then that doesn't make it a fair trial. I believe the vast majority of cases shouldn't go for repeal, but those do. |

Message | I see what your saying but how do you know when a judge has messed up? You can't unless he admits it which they really wouldnt want to do, and as I have mentioned, appealing wastes government time |

Message | Easy, you review the court case and if the judge did not go by the strict procedures that he is supposed to, then you can go up for repeal. |
