Article 1: Cyclist Infrastructure 1.1 The Ministry of Infrastructure shall be mandated to complete full cyclist specific infrastructure networks in all cities. 1.2 infrastructure shall be adopted and/or constructed to establish a national system of cycle highways. Article 2: National Cyclist Company 2.1 A national company shall be established to create bicycles for all Rutanians at affordable prices. 2.2 this national company shall also be charged with designing bicycles for freight transport, commercial use and diverse residential needs to meet all mobility needs in Rutania following the banning of private vehicles. Article 3: Cyclist Education 3.1 all children must receive education on cycling, rules of cyclist traffic and basic bicycle maintenance as part of the national primary school curriculum. |
