MessageMr President, members of Congress,

I am able to inform you that following an election in Kalistan, a new president from the Conservative Independence Party has been elected, and the Libertarian Democratic Party is now the biggest party in their National Assembly. A new coalition cabinet is now being formed.

Almost immediately, relations between out two countries have improved and if this continues I can see a very near future where troops on both sides of the border stand down and tensions desist. I'm sure you will join me in welcoming this turn of events and hope for a return to cordial relations between our two countries.

Thank you for your time and attention,

Bathsheba Grey,
Home Secretary and Patriotic Party Leader

Random quote: "Anarchism is not a romantic fable but the hardheaded realization, based on five thousand years of experience, that we cannot entrust the management of our lives to kings, priests, politicians, generals, and county commissioners." - Edward Abbey
