To reform, recapitalize, and consolidate the Federal financial system, to enhance the regulatory and enforcement powers of Federal financial institutions agencies, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Representatives of the Liberal Democratic Party. (a). IN GENERAL-- Whoever violates any provision of law in this Act shall be subject to a civil penalty in an amount assessed by the court in a civil action. (b). For the purpose of supervising the Financial Institution, the government may -- (A) Prohibit any type of Insider Trade or Financial Corruption. (B) Review the background of Chairperson of the board committee.The term of the Chairperson shall be less than 5 years. (C) Disclosure Required. (D) Accuracy of Financial Reports. A civil action to recover a civil penalty under this section shall be commenced by the Attorney General. |
