| Message | Imagine if someone mugs you, rapes you, steals off you- how would you feel about paying for a roof over their head, 3 square meals a day and a t.v. for them? Hears news-YOU ALREDDY ARE. And what do they do? Nothing- how about makeing them pay back what they have taken out of society by provideing the only resourse they can-their labour. Makeing prisoners work is fair to socity- and good for them- making them work will give them skills they can provide on their releace. |

| Message | Unfortunate, misguided souls who's actions cause destruction to society should not be blaimed for the faults of society large. We all make mistakes, punishment's purpous should only be to rehabilitate and to discourage further crime. When incarcerated, prisoners offer little to no threat to society, punishment for the sake of punishment is vengence plane and simple, and serves no purpouse. You, who have voted against prisoner education, exude a definite repressive attidude. If your purpous was to salvage labor from prisoners for productive purpouses, you should also vote for rehabilitaition. Your obvious agenda is repressive and perhaps even fascist. I'll have no part of this bill. |

| Message | Give me a break-your arguement is basically saying that free will does not exist and that peoples actions are only prodocts of sociological factors-people all have free choice, if you mug an old lady then you have chosen to do this- you have decided to inflict distress on another human being becuse you want to gain money, if you are a rapist then you have made a choise to rape another person -not becuse you are a "poor lost soul" but becuse you are a vicious,evil pervert who gets his kicks inflicting violence over others. Prison is ment to act as:1- A way of keeping dagerous people away from the rest of society, 2- To punish for wrong doing(otherwise why would we send people to prison and deny them liberty if not to punish), 3- To deter others from CHOSEING to commit crime becuse the disadvantages of being caught out weigh the potential benifits of getting away with the crime 4- To rehabillitate though makeing prisoners realize the errors of their ways and that hey have done their community wrong.- I voted against education in prison becuse i did not belive that tax payers should subsidise the education of someone who may have done them wrong- I was all in favor solong as the prisoners them selfs payed-(maybe from the work they provide in prison). I am not going to take lectures from someone whos political ideology spawned Starlin(who killed more than Hitler ), Mao(Who killed millions who opposed him) Castro(acording to AI, 70,000 odd people have 'vanished' since his comming to power.) I can go on and on about the atrocitys of Communism. So please dont call me a Facist( btw , Facist is a very over used - do you even know what it means? Are accuseing me of being a member of the Italian 'fascio', ( a socialist party) whitch is where the phrase came from? Mrs. Thatcher, that iron goddess who poured her light on the world in the 80s was not resposabul for the deaths of her own people-she never set up death squads like your commie icons did. And Churchill (a capatalist) was alone for 3 years(untill the soviats and Ameicans could be bothered) in fighting Nazism. |
