Bill: Non-Proliferation Act 4086

Details

Submitted by[?]: Unsubmissive Beluzian Workers Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 4087

Description[?]:

Taken from the SWP:

The year is 4079. All of Terra has sought the end of nuclear arms for decades upon decades,
But the same old argument is give. "We can't give them up until everyone else does. We need it as a deterrent"
This is weak argument. There are only two occasions in which we would launch a nuclear weapon;
1) We use it first in an unprovoked attack, in which case - we would be insane maniacs.
2) We launch it in relation to to a nuclear strike; when we are already soon to be dead in which case it is futile and nuclear weapons were clearly never a deterrent to begin with.

Isn't it time that we took the first step and showed all of Terra the way to the future and eradicate our Nuclear program?
This is a common sense bill and we urge the Senate to vote yes.
