| "As stated in the most recent Military Review, the Military Review of 4083, our Armed Forces stand like this- Army Active Personnel- 350,000 Reserve Personnel- 100.000 Split into 75 battalions on the same conditions as previous review. Navy 82 Commisioned Warships, including three fully operational aircraft carriers and a submarine based nuclear weapons system. Air Force Eight Groups made up of fighter and bomber wings- including long distance nuclear capability. I have made the decision to deploy a counter offensive in the Rokavilla area of Terrarroka. 30,000 personnel including the 1nd, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 17th Baltusian (North West Region) Land Corps Batallions are to be deployed on ground. The 2nd and 6th Baltusian (North West Region) Air Force Squadrons are to be on standby to provide air cover. Two commissioned naval battleships are to patrol the costal are of Costa De Oro. It is hoped that this counter offensive shall prevent further uprisings and loss of life. Should any other squadron or battalion be deployed in another or same region, Congress shall be notified at the time." President Matthew Leitch |
