MessageThe Arbeitspartei are very pleased to support the bill in it's entirety. International trade is a barrier to employment in this country and as such, we fully support this article.

We fully support the right of a person to appeal against a judgement and have it reviewed by a higher court, as this is a very important aspect of the rule of law. We feel that it is very important that the political arm and judicial arm of our laws are separate, which is why we fully support a person's right to appeal without first going to the Minister of Justice.
