Yet again we are in a deadlock this time with the roles reversed before the right controlled congress and the left the president but now it's the other way round we need to discuss what to do I suggest a combined cabinet

MessageAs is the president's prerogative I will propose a cabinet. I ask that you endorse this and vote 'yes' as we did to assist the previous administration. If there is a critical reason for voting no, then please explain why.

If necessary, I will propose a second and final cabinet - if this one is not voted in then I will call for an early election to try to break the deadlock.
