Message | Mr Speaker, This bill is needed to stop the insidious spread of hate speech from extreme sources - religious and otherwise. This does not stifle the freedom of true and honest speech but it does stop the ability to spread malicious and unwarranted hatefulness which calls on others to carry out destructive and unspeakable acts or to bear prejudice against others in society. There is no room for it in Baltusia - and those who propagate it should not be given a platform. Thank you President Bathsheba Grey |

Message | err, You have freedom of speech or you don't, what is considered hatefull speech? who defines hatefull speech. How should you enforce this? how do you dertermine what is right or wrong information? This bill makes it possible for the state and corporations to sue independent authors and ideas. |
