Message | While there is some room for debate in regards to Article 2 and 3, Article 1 is a non starter for us. To force people to be part of a union or similar body in order for them to work at a particular organisation or company, seems to smack of the kind of restrictive authoritarianism you claim to be completely against. Would you explain how this would be beneficial to someone above and beyond the current law, which allows anyone to join a trade union - voluntary - thus they can enrol on merit or have the option not to join, if they so wish? Thank you. Casper Blowhart, Patriotic Party, Trade and Industry Spokesperson |

Message | It is for the unions to participate more in the economy. they should be allowed to if they wish open union member only shops, if you don't want to be a union member fine, work somewhere else. Rand Tar Selected district spokesperson and debater |

Random fact: Parties have the ability to endorse another party's candidate for the Head of State election (if there is one). This adds a strategic element to the elections. |
