This bill asks for the ratification of the Education For All Treaty. If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law. With regard to the laws pertaining to segregation, this Treaty also contains a domestic law clause which will allow all recently established and registered religious schools to restrict their admissions based on religion alone, and entirely at their own discretion.
