Description[?]:

Dear members of the Knesset,

we, myself and the whole military leadership, welcome the new government in power. No new appointments will take place until the new government has taken office.
I would like to take this opportunity to underline our hope for new and fresh policies. However, with power comes responsibility and we hope the government will be able to balance the wishes of the different groups also within the public sector. Many people esepcially in this area are keen to serve but might be feeling aloof is change is done too quickly.

Rav aluf (chief of military), Samuel Rosenberg

MessageI thank the president for its assurances. I will introduce an internal inquiry about this issue and present the report to the cabinet later on.
I would like to underline, that i feel a bit uneasey about the complete openess of our border. Can the President assure the continued safety of our military premises and areas?

MessageYes, I guarantee that our military areas will not be compromised by the openness of our border. Military installations will have increased security and infrastructure, per our planned increase in the government. Additionally, we will be creating a pension system for veterans and a military health system the envy of the world
