Message | Pietro Luca Barsanti - Head of NSU's Infrastructure and Logistic Committee "Concerning this Compact, we think that the national energy grid should be managed by and independent, state-owned company, that allows each private company to interlace and to resolve any dispatching issue. This would promote competition on the downstream energy distribution and upstream in the generation phase. Some of the generation capacity should be of public property, in order to keep safe the energy supply on a national basis. Finally, we suggest that in the final phase of the energy supply chain (distribution and final customer selling) should be regulated by a national independent state-owned authority for promote competition and keeping the private firms away from anticompetitive behaviors." |

Message | Gloria Mangano, NS of ISDP: siamo d'accordo con tutti i punti tranne il primo. Se NSU vuole riproporre la stessa bill senza l'articolo 1 voteremo a favore. We agree on all points except the first one. If NSU would like to repropose the same bill omitting the first article we will be happy to vote yes. |
