| The KLP fraction in the Knesset hereby calls on the High Court to determine the following: 1. Whether the new law ("Foreign Relations Platform of Labor") passed in November 4101 on the free migration of refugees and immigrants is in accordance with the constitution. Especially whether the change in laws is in accordabce with the in the Military Rights act underlined "conservative nature of Beiteynu" and whether it does endanger the international and constitutional obligations towards the state of Tel Bidzhan. |

| Message | The Supreme Court hereby accepts the appeal of the CYP on both points. I hereby order, in accordance with the Highest Court Act, that the laws currently in effect, the "Foreign Relations Platform of Labor" as a whole, will be suspended as long as the court has not delivered a final judgement. The regularities in effect before the passage of the "Foreign Relations Platform of Labor" will be set into effect and will remain in effect as long as no decision by the court has found on whether the laws conflict with the constitution. The court will be called in session after the next election which is scheduled for March 4104 on bases of the result. This decision will take effect on March 4103.
