This year''s Report indicates that Incidents of Thefts[including Petty Thefts]Has fell to 21,000 from 24,567

Incidents of Assault have also fell to 3106

Police Preparedness continues to be at an all time high
Number of Police Officers has increased by 10,000 to 1,64,000
Number of Police Booths has also Increased by 200 to 39,200

Immigration;-Last year 4,000 Refugees and 54,000 Immigrants including 32,000 students migrated to our nation

Net Immigration[Exclusive of Students];-26,000
Net Emigration;-17,000

Net Immigration;-9,000

It is proven that Immigrants Including Students have been contributing to the Rutanian Economy and Therefore the Government has Launched a ''Move To Rutania,The Land of Opportunities'' Campaign Across Terra from November 4101.

This has been put in place so as to compensate Our Aging Population and Better Employment Opportunities across the Nation and also to Compensate High Emigration Levels.

May I query as to how the funds were procured for such a dramatic increase in the number of police officer booths? Last we discussed, we agreed to trim the budget overall. How did the Interior Minister allocate these funds?

MessageThe ministry instead of constructing new booths rented out small rooms and turned them into new booths due to lack of funding but we had to construct new booths so as to reduce crime rates in some areas which were higher than neighbouring areas
