| The Minister of Foreign Affairs Francesco Toso: "good morning Hon. Parliament of Istalia. I'm here to inform this body about the work of the Ministery of Foreign Affairs about the International Campaign for the seats in the Security Council, especially the involvement of Istalian in the seat B (Majatran seat) campaign. Istalia few months ago voted for itself as candidate to the seat B. But in this moment we have to face to the campaign of Jelbania, that already gained 10 endorsements. All Majatra risk to see its seat held by the most obscurantistic nation of the continent, a theocracy that denies even the most basic human rights. Now, in this moment Istalia has 6 endorsements and the Government want demand also to Solentia it's support but, yes, there is a "but": the Istalian Govenrment can't assure to this Parliament that we will able to attract other votes and the Government also believe that the the other candidate too (Zardugal, Vanuku, Beiteynu or Deltaria, that gain many supporters but do not declared officially its candidature) will be not able to gain other supporters. So, we are in front of a crossroads: - we can continue to run alone, and also the other majatran states, engaging in any possible way to attract others supporters. - we can work with the other nations to find a compromise to face the Jelbania candidature, declared also itsself, as already made by the govenrment in sending messages to all the other majatran nations, disponible to retire us from the run to support another majatran nation with our vote and those of our current supporter. Now Istalia is the second most supported nation in Majatra. The government is true that declared the possibility that Istalia leave the run, but now, sees the current situation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs would like work to attract also other votes, first of all the Solentian support. If the political forces of Istalia have other suggestions it will be welcome, but I want invite all the istalian political forces to active themself to promote Istalia run and the value of democracy, freedom and respect of the human rights across the world and inside our continent.
