The Foreign Affair's Minister Francesco Toso:

"Hon. Parliament of Istalia, after has enthusiastically supported our candidacy, the Government of Selucia has proposed to us the establishment of a new treaty between our two nations and after short time our respective foreign ministries have come to delineate a common text that satisfies both our nations.

Below you can see the new treaty, that I present to you, which will renew the relations between our two nations, and which will bring even more close to Selucia, the Nation which, with its colonies millennia ago, has laid the foundations of the istalian civilization.
