"we propose this bill to retourn to a regulation for the Stock Exchanges. We believe that the financial crisis, which have repercussions on the whole economy, can be only favurite by a deregulation of the financial activity.
Therefore, for the good of the population and to prevent the financial activities prejudicial to the interests of the people and the economy, we propose to re-regulate the Stock Exchanges.
