Message | that looks ok and to your suggestions i disagree with all except 3 we are not at war we don’t need extra military service and Baltusia has a low tolerance of Paramilitaries (OOC: i found that out the hard way ) |

Message | Thank you Defence Secretary General Davis for this comprehensive review. Whilst our numbers have remained roughly the same as the last review of 4083 - the world has moved on and we find ourselves falling behind other countries in terms of defence. I won't bleat on about budgets too much but when we are only spending 5 billion dollars on defence per annum and others are spending 90 billion and some as much 400 billion then we are inevitably going to fall behind! In regards to your suggestions, you could put these to the vote but as mentioned by the RAC Party there is a low tolerance for paramilitaries in Baltusia so I don't think that will get off the ground. I would be keen to see some kind of military service though and personally like proposal 3. I will also look to pursue other ways of securing our defence without spending money. For instance, we have a long-standing military pact with Indrala (one of the biggest nations in this area of the world) so I may look at ways to extend that. President Crisp |
