Of course everyone has the right to bring a court case in our free and democratic country, but I do suggest the Rad Military Party lawyers presents whatever evidence they have quickly to state prosecutor Brownly so he can decide whether this should go to trial or be thrown out and Mr Jacobs can then decide if he needs to counter-sue or not.
