| OOC: Hi, I invite you to reed the current Role Play in Rutania. But briefly: there is a civil war; a socialist general stood up against the legitimate government to try to establish a Communist dictatorship. After after more than a year of war the rebel general has taken possession of a nuclear silos managing to launch a tested against capital. I contacted the one who seems the party that is laying the guidelines from the role play and I ask him if we can offer humanitarian support and aid to the government after the nuclear strike and If we can make a world-wide announcement to firmly condemn this horrible act (a nuclear strike I think it's something which should shock the entire world, a story that would instantly around the world). What do you think? To the Announce I thought to this: "Announcement from the Government of the Repubblica Istaliana (Istalia) This press message was released by the Government of the Repubblica Istaliana (Istalia). The Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri ******: I would express to the Government of the Commonwealth of Rutania solidarity and deep condolences of the Government, of the Presidente della Repubblica Giovanna Ricci and the Istalian people for the horrendous and unworthy mass massacre carried out to Vanderburg. We are close to the Rutanian people and to the families of the many innocent victims. My Government strongly condemns the actions of the forces rebelled against the Legitimate Government of Rutania and those of their leader, the general Rodrick Hamsworth, who shamefully did not hesitate to hit with the nuclear holocaust his own people, his own fellow citizens and his own rebelled forces. This ignoble, criminal and terroristic act, steeped in an intolerable hatred, reinforces the commitment of our democratic societies to tackle without hesitation attacks on our values of respect for human life and freedom of our citizens. We embrace our Rutanian brothers and sisters in this moment of absolute pain and we are ready to send all possible humanitarian aid to assist the survivors of the attack.
