Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 4108

Description[?]:

We believe that seeing sexually explicit material may only be broadcast past the watershed, that there be no need to restrict the media in the way that we currently are. We believe that broadcasters should broadcast all sorts of sexually explicit material past the watershed, it's about time our government stopped telling the people what they can and can't watch!

MessageMr. Speaker,

The FP suggests that the lack of hardcore sexual content in broadcasted TV is a limitation to people's right. They can watch ot in the Internet. BTV is not a place where this kind of content is appropriate. I remind you that ti would mean that the gocernment is promoting hardcore pornography amid children and youngsters. Utter, utter irresponsible idea.

Olaf Fasbender, DSU leader.

MessageHerr Fasbender,

It seems you completely missed out the part where we said we shouldn't limit content AFTER the watershed, how on god's Earth are we promoting hardcore pornography amind children and youngsters? Also just because we're legalising its showing on late night television doesn't meant we're promoting it. The DSU are showing their true colours as socially conservative reactionaries ladies and gentlemen!
