| The Authoritarian Luthori Alliance propose to adjust the government's income tax policy to better address the economic situation of the Holy Luthori Empire. The previous taxation system was out of touch with the actual economic structure of The Empire. Upon inspection of the incomes of our citizens, the following was discovered: The first 50% of tax payers earn 1,000 LPD or less. The next 10% earn 1,000 - 1,250 LPD. The next 10% earn 1,250 - 2,000 LPD. The top 30% earn 2,000 LPD or more. The top 20% earn 3,000 LPD or more. The top 10% earn 5,000 LPD or more. Our taxation plan breaks up the population into 10% blocks and taxes each accordingly. The bottom 10% pay nothing, the lower and middle income earners pay low rates while the higher income earners receive increased rates. While the rates are higher for high income earners, they are still low enough to promote job creation and growth through small business employment and investment. This tax plan demonstrates the fiscal knowledge of this administration by increasing income taxation revenue by 3.1 times. This allows for greater flexibility in expenditure as well as lowering other taxation such as the sales tax. |
