After extensive research, Nevarn City University Department of Psychology chairman and Convocation member, Dr. Shen Maozhen has come to the conclusion that corporal punishment during the grade-school years often leads to serious mental disorders in later years. We propose a ban to all types of physical discipline to prevent any such thing from happening to our nation's children. |
