| Members of the Supreme Soviet (laughter). You know what, **** Parliament. Parliament is a baby word. Today I am announcing my plans to launch a mission to support the communist rebels and to overturn the capitalist government of Rutania. I fear if we do not intervene in this civil war, Rutania will forever remain a capitalist society where the top 1% controls the nation. Kill all capitalists! (standing ovation) I will now pass over to the Minister of Defence who will lay out our proposed plans. Dame Angela Ventura PhD, A.P.S Co-General Secretary of the BRRP Bailon BRRP Deputy Party Chief Minister of Foreign Affairs Good evening, I will cut right to our plan to support the communists. Our plan is a comprehensive military deployment to Rutania, followed by a series of scathing attacks on capitalist corrupt government headquarters and bases. We will work with the rebels into overthrowing these shameful pigs. We will also be sending a very large amount of air support, which will provide strategic cover fire, and will be able to perform devastating bombing runs around government strongholds. Following these attacks and bombings, I will instruct the President and the Minister of Foreign Affairs to work with the new Rutanian government and to help purge the nation of corrupt capitalists. I thank the President for working alongside me and the Minister of Foreign Affairs in this endeavour. The mission will require the following troops: 4,000,000 footsoldiers (Current: 1,200,000) 100,000 tanks (Current: 80,500) 15,000 military aircraft (bomber planes etc..) [Current: 9500) 20,000 attack helicopters (Current: 12,500) 30,000 artillery pieces (Current: 25,500) 10500 armoured transport vehicles (eg. trucks, helicopters etc.) [Current: 6700] This mission will cost 5,000,000 BEL. We also plan to send humanitarian aid, but for now I have delegated that job to the Foreign Secretary. We will present that bill to parliament later.
