| Compagni e compagne, più che di comunismo, con questa riforma vogliamo parlare di etica civile. Possiamo permettere che i luoghi pubblici - i luoghi del popolo - siano infestati dalla presenza di usi e costumi che potrebbero arrecare offesa a questo oppure un altro credo? Purtroppo, se il nostro governo spingesse per un'emancipazione dello spirito, portando gli Istaliani a capire che ogni religione è oppio dei popoli e che è inutile parteggiare per esse, potremmo proporre radicalmente l'ateismo di stato. Ma essendo gli uomini del PCR gente saggia, abbiamo di comune accordo scelto di proporre una soluzione prendendo atto dell'attuale, bassissimo, stato della coscienza collettiva. Compito del nostro partito proprio quello di promuovere lo sviluppo della coscienza del popolo Istaliano. Per quanto riguarda gli introiti dalle attività religiose, credo non serva aggiungere altro; chi sono gli adoratori di falsi dei davanti alla legge, per fuggire dai loro doveri verso lo stato? Soprattutto in questi tempi di crisi, se il nostro fosse un governo responsabile e non servo dei poteri forti, avrebbe già promosso una simile riforma dall'inizio della legislatura. It's not affairs of other people the believes and the faiths of the citizens. And because we respect the choises and the believes of our citizens we never can support similar proposals. The law already granteed the separation between the state and the religions and avoid any interference. Regard the taxation proposal, why impose taxes to organizations that do not produce anything,do not offer anything because have to declared an income or something like that? Have a profit by the sell of something? Do you have notice of entrerprises or industries or terrains of religious proprierty? Do you know commercial or industrial activities make for profit? It will be only a punitive disposition!" |
