MessageMr Speaker,

We do not believe the system proposed in this bill is ideal. However, we do feel that Article 2 and 3 are preferable to a system where local government can allocate no funding whatsoever. We will only vote against this bill, if out voting in favour would allow it to pass.

MessageMr. Speaker,

The NEPP agrees with the bills proposed by the government. It is good for our nation and still keeps our government small. We support this bill without a doubt.

Random fact: The majority of nations in Particracy are "Culturally Protected" with an established cultural background. Only the "Culturally Open" nations are not bound by the rules surrounding culture. The Cultural Protocols Index should be consulted for more information about the cultural situation of each nation.
