| Message | Firstly, I am honoured to be serving a second term as president. The public has put a great deal of trust in me and my team and I hope to repay that trust over the next few years. In terms of cabinet, I proposed a slight reshuffle to the historic six-party coalition cabinet just before the election.Consequently, I have no intention of changing anything unless anyone feels they no longer wish to be part of that cabinet. My only feeling is that this cabinet has served the country well and we can continue in that vein for four more years. I hope you will join be in voting YES to endorse this situation.
