The proposal that was here before was about returning the power of all parties to propose a Cabinet, but with the refusal of conservatives, the National Republican Alliance tries to another idea to circumvent the current situation: the mixed presidential system. Proposals: 1st: The current President of the Republic is extinct; the post of Prime Minister is renamed to President of the Republic. 2nd: Where is written the name of the current President of the Republic will be writing: The President of the Republic holds this power 3rd: To enable this system the "head of State" will be "hereditary" and with that there will be legislative elections only. 4th: All parties may propose a cabinet that will be chaired by the President of the Republic. |
