MessageOk, so the first proposal is pretty good...but the second one...

MessageWe cannot allow simply anyone to be a parent! There are teens with children in this country, taking a hand not only at ruining their own lives, but also the lives of their children; citizens of Quanzari who must be protected. Those who vote against this bill vote for the acceptance to harm to come to the citizens of Quanzari. They vote for the government to turn a blind eye towards the potential mistreatment of our youth, which is our future, and must be preserved!

Random fact: Parties have the ability to endorse another party's candidate for the Head of State election (if there is one). This adds a strategic element to the elections.
