SINCE it is the is responsibility of the Republic to ensure that employees are not punished for expressing their legitimate dissatisfaction with working conditions, an employer must present a reasonable request to the Ministry of Trade and Industry before firing any striking employees. |

Message | This is too much intervention by the government. We don't intervene in union matters so why do employers need permission from the government to fire an employee who made the decision to go on strike and who also was aware of the risks. |
