MessageThis is too much intervention by the government. We don't intervene in union matters so why do employers need permission from the government to fire an employee who made the decision to go on strike and who also was aware of the risks.

MessageWe support this, employers cannot simply fire workers for striking, yet workers cannot strike for any trivial reason or else the goverment will allow the employer to fire them.
