Description[?]:
Herr Huspresident, the blanket ban on stock exchanges is dangerously harmful to our economy, limiting access to capital for companies but also depriving savers of the opportunity to invest in stocks to preserve and increase their fortune. We therefore propose to pull even with other first world nations by allowing the private sector to set up stock exchanges without arbitrary government-imposed barriers. Halvor Haugland Minister of Finance |
