| (OOC: RP of Solentian Alliance) The Minister of the Defense Enrico Graziani: "good evening Hon. MPs, the Government would submit to the Parliament a Common Naval Project to share with our allie of Solentia. Object of the Project will be the construction of an aircraft carrier for each navy of both nation. The more and more increasing role of Istalia on the international affairs and the trouble times which Terra are going through, we can no longer put off a measure that the nation waits for more than twenty years. As soon as possible the Government will present to the Parliament a spending review for the new project and to adeguate the current and future budget expenditures." Here the specification of the projet that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs called "Nuova Generazione Portaerei Comune - Common New Generation Aircraft carrier" (after the completition of the project will be created a Parliamentary Naval Committee to decided the name of the new naval unit). Project funding: 4 billion LIS - thanks to the colaboration with Solentia will be 2 billion LIS (7.7 bilion of SOL) Construction schedule and delivery time to the Navy: 2 years for the construction + 1 year for the delivery to the Navy after the testing, sea trials and completion of defensiv installations (3 year in total). Construction Options: -Istalia could build both vassels (in this case the Solentian spending will be 9.2 billion SOL) -Each country will build its own vessel. Istalia don't know the Defensive Specifications of Solentia but don't know especially the Industrial capacity of Solentia, it's for this reasons we offer to Solentia the option to built both vessels in Istalia, which has experience in the field and Companies able to do this job).
