Message | OK, first one: how would it benefit Baltusia to be closer associated with the pan-Dundorfian union and league? Seond - as a staunch monarchist what are your thoughts regarding nobility and royalty in Baltusia? Thank you Colonel Black |

Message | The benefits would be a healthy relationship with other countries in the Union and with the parties in the league. Also, you can vote for the bank to invest in our country. Sadly the Union had a few throwbacks since left-wing extremists in the countries we founded the League in, did not like the pan-dundorfian movement. Trade would also florish and military cooperations and technological research would benefit from a membership. As a monarchist, I always prefer having nobility and royalty in Baltusia, but with no power that makes them better than the common people. I have to admit since I am an Immigrant to Baltusia, I really do not know about the past Baltusian royals. Thank you Chairman Thaller |

Message | Re monarchy - as far as I know Baltusia has always been a republic, particularly in modern times. There was a half-hearted attempt to install a king in the 3,700s but that was about it - although I yield to one of the older parties that might no different. |

Random fact: Moderation will not accept Cultural Protocol updates which introduce, on a significant scale, cultures which are likely to be insufficiently accessible to players. In particular, for all significant cultures in Particracy, it should be easy for players to access and use online resources to assist with language translation and the generation of character names. Moderation reserves the right to amend Cultural Protocols which are deemed to have introduced significant cultures that are not sufficiently accessible and which are not being actively role-played with. |
