Message | Tell me how this makes since: Theoretically if this were to pass a region(district) with lets say 50 million people would get more representation than a district with 100 million? This just isn't even remotely sensible legislation. I must also note that only TWO nations currently use the system that your proposing to implement. The Progressives vote a firm NO! |
