| It has come to our attention, that his nation has deep religious values. As members of the government we are but to only serve two bodies, that being the population/citizens of this nation and Eliyahu Hosios of Yishalem (God). Acknowledging that the largest percentage of religious followers would have to be the recognized state religion, it is right to acknowledge the Aurorian Patriarchal Church (Catholicism) as the official state religion of this country as it takes 40% of the religious demographic. Nevertheless, having a recognizing a religion as this nation's official religion, does not exempt other religions from functioning. This means, whilst we may have an official state religion (whose membership is voluntary) other religions are still allowed to exist. |
