| Herr Speaker, Our current policy on secondary strike could cripple our country with a General Strike, it makes no logical sense that unions who are not related or who are not protesting for their own conditions could go out and strike. Unions must only walk out for their own pay and conditions, not another unions. |

Solidarity strikes are conducted by members of one trade union in solidarity with other trade union who are not allowed or restricted by the law in the issue of legal strikes and DSU believes we shold keep current law in place restricting it with some regulations, for example, time limitation which would allow the solidarity strike to last no longer than half of one working day.
