| 1. All class B citizens (citizens of the state of Tel Bidzhan) are to be deported into special camps within one year of passage of this act. 2. In such camps, the subjects are not allowed to go out or to have any communication with the outside world. Only a minimum calorie intake is allowed in such camps. 3. Through immidiate immigration to relatives aborad, the class B citizens will be distributed outside of Beiteynu. 4. For those subject which cannot be brought to relatives abroad, they will be used a non-paid workers to build important infrastructure. 5. No children, sexual intercourse or any showing of affection is allowed in these camps. 6. The camps itself are under military authroity and therefore fall not under the laws of Beiteynu. No restrictions to the handling of the subjects apply. 7. This is a normal law and can be altered/changed/abolished by a simple majority, |
