In fact, today, we assist at the current situation: each worker, whether or not it has a family, is paid so as to support an entire family. For those that have effectively a family it's largely unfair see something who is lone to have a significantly higher income and is also a big commitment for companies and employers support this regulamentation. So, the ISLP propose a reform on this matter with the introduction of a minimum wage which will graant to a worker ad good living wage and we will propose to shift the burden of supporting the families to the Welfare State freeing companies from this great burden. So to rationalize in a fair way this matter. Thank you" |
