Message | These treaties give us no advantage and thus should be withdrawn. We in the assembly shall make our own laws, and we should not sign any treaty which does not provide us a benefit by signing it. |

Message | Although the same critique can be raised against this bill that we have raised against others proposed by the Protectorate Party, namely that the articles don't necessarily have to accepted or rejected as whole, we feel that they present a coherent message - that Malivia fundamentally shouldn't be bound by international treaties, but only by the will of our own people. |

Message | That fundamental policy is why they where listed together. If we had proposed them seperate we feel we would be subject to attacks for discriminating against one group or another. We wanted to make sure that everyone knew that it was not about removing the rights of individuals or promoting certain policies; rather it was about who should govern Malivia, us or the international community. |

Message | This is not to say we are against treaties. Rather we should not use them to bind our laws when there is no need and no advantage to us signing the treaty. |
