The second proposal in this bill is un-democratic to the core! Mayors under this bill may be merely appointed in a painfully undemocratic way, it's helping to silence the voice of the people. As for the other two proposals, we don't feel particularly strong about them, other than that our nation's coped perfectly fine with 500 seats for centuries, and that we're not in a position to force the taxpayer into paying for 50 more members of the State Council!
