Recreational drug taking hotheads - mainly associated with certain radical left parties - were heavily involved in the irrational and violent outbursts that precipitated the formation of the terror group RABA a few years ago.

So, this is not about taking civil liberties away this is about enhancing the safety and security of innocent people.
