Message | We are against #1, we want to give to adopted children the possibility to have a normal family. |

Message | Homosexual marriages make little sense, so why the need to legalise them? |
Date | 22:55:43, February 02, 2006 CET | From | Northern Light | To | Debating the Civil Marriage for All ! |
Message | We see little difference from a functional point of view from a homosexual couple and a heterosexual one. The earlier people will realize that, the better... |

Message | But NL, marriage is there to provide a foundation block for the creation of familes. The sooner people realise that, the better. |

Message | Families ? what's that? Antiquated. |

Message | For centuries marriage has been used to pass on property or to form links between groups and/or families. So you can't argue for the supposed sanctity of marriage, especially since the divorce rate hovers at 50%. |
Date | 15:56:51, February 04, 2006 CET | From | Konservativ Monarkistpartiet | To | Debating the Civil Marriage for All ! |
Message | That is a poor argument. So because murder happens, we shouldn't talk about the sanctity of life? If we pushed a pro-family policy, rather than the idiotic ideas the NL suggest (but then, as they are savages whay would you expect), then the divorce rates would lower. Besides, your figures for divorce are way too high. Divorce was only legalized a few years ago, we are informed that very few divorces have actually occurred, except within the NL, where their leader has already married 15 women/children/goats and men, divorcing them all after the wedding night. |

Message | Hahaha humourous. I suppose I used "real world" divorce figures. My fault. |

Random fact: Parties have the ability to endorse another party's candidate for the Head of State election (if there is one). This adds a strategic element to the elections. |
