We think that by creating this new algorithm we can create more fair and equal elections in the future, by giving the large most populous regions a really small advantage it is more fair in our opinion because the biggest populations so most of the voters live in these regions.

We cannot back this bill, all regions should be treated equally and given equal representation, so that a more liberal leaning region cannot outweigh that of a conservative region. Equal representation stop the tyranny of the majority.
