(This bill was proposed by the senator Michael Burwell)
This bill seek to give the right to abortion to every woman in Hutori during the first 26 weeks of pregnancy.
Article 1.) Every abortion must be performed by a doctor that is recognized by the Ministry of Health and Social Services
Article 2.)The doctor that perform the abortion have the obligation to explain every detail of the operation and every possible complication to the patient before performing it.
Article 3.1)The pregnant woman is the only one who can take to decision whether or not she is going to have a abortion.
Article 3.2) If a girl under fourteen years old get pregnant her parents or her legal tutor may decide whether or she is going to have a abortion.
