Bill: Minority Government Bid: 4119

Details

Submitted by[?]: Parti Conservateur

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 4120

Description[?]:

Esteemed Members of the National Assemblies,

After the recent general election proved to be inconclusive we believe the people of Rildanor deserve a strong and stable government, and so we propose this minority cabinet which will (we believe) will bring long awaited prosperity to this nation once again. We hope all parties will consider this proposal and review what is best for the nation rather than for individual parties.

Teresa Mercie AM
Front National Leader & Primeminister

MessageI'd like to know how this is a minority government if it 1) Includes the largest party, and 2) only includes two of the eight parties.

MessageHow does the Parti Nationiste gain cabinet positions, while our party-one with more seats and two out of five canton governorships, the most of any party-gains none? We request only one or two positions, but we would like something at least.

Clearly some sort of deal has occurred. Or perhaps you simply want to make sure your right wing ideals trump all opposition, rather than working with them.
