MessageI have been holding talks with our fishing industry bosses who are very concerned.

Given that the left wing parties have deemed to rip up our carefully drafted trade treaties and open up free trade to the whole world (see bill below) I believe our fishing industry is now at threat from overseas competition. We do not have as much coastline as many of our neighbours and I'm afraid this could spell the end for much of this sector in Baltusia unless we act. We need to help them now by lifting the quotas we impose on them.

MessageI ask that in voting for this bill that Congress understands that Article 2 only applies to fishing being "de-regulated" not hunting on land. If this vote is passed that this clause been entered into the legislative records. This does not open the door for whale hunting either, as that is a separate law.

Thank you
Casper Blowhart

OOC - unfortunately, hunting laws are combined but I only want to affect the fishing law - so this is the only thing I could propose as a work around.
