MessageSince the passage of our National Defence Industries Act, the government has offloaded half of its armaments industries to private companies without adjusting the budget accordingly. Therefore, we feel this bill adequately reflects this change. It does not spread the money to where we think best, but it is a step in the right direction.

MessageSince this bill takes 30 billion from Defence and allocates 25 billion, we propose we use the remaining 5 billion to go toward our country's Infrastructure and Transport.
